The two ways to do this are to divide word onto two columns and copy and paste it two across and two down. This didn't look just right, so I tried next to use Excel. Just copy each cell into each cell and adjust the column widths. When you get one to look just right, copy it into your four locations.
Always use print preview before you print. You will almost always be a little surprised and need to adjust something.
This worked almost right.
I seem to remember though that I ended up doing two to a page and by making one cut I had a little booklet. I printed a design on the other side of the page and ended with a nice product.
