am I entiled half the house in my divorce settlement under any circumstances no matter what.I am listed as secondary owner.

like what? without going into details I will look like the worst person on earth. and I was really bad toward the end,son'0'bioth drove me to it.but on paper he looks clean as a whistle.I rally don't have any grounds he lawyers say ,cause I can't prove he was a first class sob.there was no physical abuse.I was the who left 2 yrs ago.I have had relationship with others while married(no judging church lady) you don't know me or him,I also have an addiction but have ben clean 2 yrs,but I did alot of really stupid stuff.

Well, not necessarily, there are numerous litigating factors that would have to come into play in determining the division of properties.

Unfortunately, if you have had relationships in marriage, and he hasnt, then its going to look bad for you. It could require a lengthy legal battle to prove that he mistreated you. Otherwise he could claim the case of adultery against you, which would basically mean you are far less entitled than in a clean split (if that even exists).
