Only if you two are comfortable with eachother. That way instead of just sayin happy valentines day to him you'll let him know that you're interested. Maybe if it doesn't work out with his current girlfriend you may have a shot with him later. Things have a way of falling into place later. Here is another thought for you to think about, do you realize that if you allow yourself to get involved with others that are already taken, what does this say about you and your personal ethics, morals, beliefs, personal insecurities etc, if you continue to allow yourself to do this, it may become a habit, a behavioral habit that you want to deal with, things get very ugly for people when they allow themselves to act that way. If you have to do something, just admire her from afar, but dont become a stalker. There is a fine line here and my hope is you see it very clearly.
