terminating a business relationship based on theft

It has come to my attention that my business partner has been stealing money. I confronted him, and he confessed. I want to know what I need to do to terminate our business contract based on embezzelment.

Give him one last chance. Let him pay back the money or offer it as a gift, humble him. Perhaps the money was to help somebody less fortunate. He is not a liar at least. He admits his theft, forgive, but forget eventually
