taken to court behind non-payment of rent

I'm having problems with social security behind my benefits due to a computer error and it's causing me to have to go to court behind it what can i say to the judge behind that matter to prevent of loosing my section 8 housing and being kicked off the program.

Tell the judge the complete and whole truth. Ask for a payment plan to make up the rent that is behind. If you've lost income Metropolitan should be able to adjust your rent to fit it. Have you reported the situation to them? It's worth it if you do. It's not too late to do so.
