You dont say what type of biz you have, nor do you tell us your operating expenses, payroll, tax, supply info and expenses.

It is a lot easies to place a value based on net profit. Gross would need interpreting along the following lines.
There would be a value based on the market share the $1,000,000 represents in the particular industry.

It may be worth zero value or even negative. Unless your company has positive cashflow it has no worth.Sales never define the value of a company.
