Your question is way to vague.

You dont say what type of biz you have, nor do you tell us your operating expenses, payroll, tax, supply info and expenses.

A business could have annual gross sales of 1 mil, but could have operating expenses of 1.1 million; thus; you are at a loss, and your business would...

It is a lot easies to place a value based on net profit. Gross would need interpreting along the following lines.
There would be a value based on the market share the $1,000,000 represents in the particular industry.
The next thing to do is take standard values for the particular industry.
Lets say service industry. Your profit may well be 40%. A reasonable value...

It may be worth zero value or even negative. Unless your company has positive cashflow it has no worth.Sales never define the value of a company.
